Born and raised in Toronto with strong Argentinean roots, Valeria brings a rich cultural heritage and a passion for creativity to everything she does. Now based in Alliston Ontario, Valeria is a dedicated mom of two young children who finds joy in both nurturing her family and pursuing her creative interests.

With a lifelong love for cooking, Valeria has turned her culinary passion into a thriving venture. She is the founder of Argenta Gourmet, a company born from her desire to offer a superior chimichurri sauce that stands out from the typical store-bought options. Unlike many competitors that rely on canola or seed oils, Argenta Gourmet's chimichurri is crafted with fresh ingredients and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and contains no preservatives.

Her goal is clear: to have Argenta Gourmet’s artisanal chimichurri become the go-to choice for consumers across North America. Valeria’s commitment to quality and authenticity reflects her dedication to sharing a piece of Argentinean culture with a broader audience.
